Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure high-quality teaching, research, and other academic activities within the Center for Innovation, Design, and Entrepreneurship Research at BINUS University.
- Provide day-to-day academic and operational leadership.
- Develop and implement curriculum, teaching, and research strategies that competitively improve the Innovation and Entrepreneurship program.
- Coordinate the department’s academic and operational activities and ensure that they are linked.
- Foster entrepreneurship and innovation research.
- Coordinate with other units to promote the Innovation and Entrepreneurship program in order to build greater awareness in related industries.
- Improve learning activities by developing and implementing various Innovation and Entrepreneurship programs.
- Provide assistance to students to help them achieve international or national recognition in innovative entrepreneurship.
- Build strong and effective internal cooperation that supports the overall objectives of the department.
- Ensure excellent operational processes and service for all stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in any major.
- Minimum of 7 years of working experience, including 3 years at the supervisory level.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
